Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Crystal Prystai was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2024, with responsibility for overall financial management at Teck.

Since joining Teck in 2018, she has held progressively more senior roles including Director, Finance, Reporting and Compliance; Vice President and Corporate Controller; Interim Chief Financial Officer; and prior to her current role, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She brings extensive experience at Teck and through a variety of finance roles with a focus on financial reporting, accounting, compliance, business planning and finance transformation.

Prior to joining Teck, Ms. Prystai was employed at CHC Helicopter Corporation as the Director, Business Planning and Director, Financial Reporting. She also articled at KPMG LLP.

Ms. Prystai holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant.
