Tim C. Watson

Senior Vice President, Project Development

Tim Watson was appointed Senior Vice President, Project Development of Teck in August 2007.

Prior to joining Teck, Mr. Watson served as the Chief Operating Officer, Power and Process Division with AMEC. He worked with the company in various other capacities during his tenure from 1999 to 2007. His career in the engineering and construction side of the mining business spans over 30 years.

Mr. Watson holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of British Columbia. He is currently a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC.
