In accordance with our Codes, policies and Management Standards, we hire locally whenever possible. However, this indicator does not accurately represent the nature of our business. We operate in remote places where it is not always possible to hire locally for senior management positions. Statistics on local hiring are therefore not collected at the Group level, although some individual business units do collect this information. |
